2. How soon can I get the quotation?
After we know your requirements for product selection, LOGO printing, and quantity, we can quote within 24 hours.
3. How long does it take for a bulk order?
It usually takes 10 to 15 working days to produce your products according to your customized requirements.
4. Can you give me a customized sample?
Yes. All of our samples are customized according to your artwork and packaging needs. We have a professional team with rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us what you think, send us high-resolution images, logos and text, and then tell us how you want to arrange them. We will send you the completed document for confirmation.
5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Because of the high cost of machine installation and high freight, we do not accept very small orders. Our minimum order quantity for ordinary paper products is 5000 pieces. We suggest that you order more to reduce unit price and transportation cost.
6. Can I take a sample?
Yes. If you need an inventory sample, you only need to pay for the freight. If you need a custom sample, there will be a sample charge plus estimated freight. Sample preparation usually takes a week.
